You will receive a Teamviewer password for remote access and workstation login information.

Once IRCH Technical Support has received your message, they will add you to the target remote workstation.
Let IRCH Technical Support know by email that you have installed the Teamviewer client.
Complete step 2 by inputting your workstation name, and an access password.
Complete the new account screen and select Next to continue.
Click on the blue Sign Up button to create a free Teamviewer account for use.
The Teamviewer console will display on your computer desktop after the install is complete.
If you are prompted for use, respond Personal.
If you are prompted for install type, respond Basic Installation.
Run the Teamviewer installer using the default values.
Download the Teamviewer installer and save it to your local desktop or a known directory.
